My name is Kim Ramsey. I’m the Vice President of Inventory Management for Family Dollar. So, the reason we chose RELEX was it gave the analysts a lot of insight into their business in one place. It was easy to navigate, easy to train. I think they were all very excited when we started rolling out some of the categories. Word started spreading around the floor about how easy it was to use and how much everybody enjoyed it.
But I think it was the dashboards that really caught our eye and the visibility and the insights. The implementation process with RELEX definitely met our expectations. And in some cases, went above and beyond our expectations just because they have this set formula that works. And we’re really excited about where we are right now. We just finished the implementation mid-December, and we’re looking forward to continuing our partnership and driving improvement in our KPIs.
