Leading luxury British brand selects RELEX forecasting and replenishment capabilities to improve product availability, optimse inventory, and drive operational efficiencies.

By replacing their existing legacy system with RELEX, Fortnum & Mason’s goals for the project align with their strategic objectives to reduce waste and ensure world class customer satisfaction. RELEX partner Demandtex will support the project with implementation and consulting services.  

Since its establishment in 1707, Fortnum & Mason has been synonymous with extraordinary food and exceptional service, offering a diverse range of over 30,000 SKUs across grocery, homewares, bath, beauty, fashion and accessories. As well as its flagship store at 181 Piccadilly, Fortnum & Mason operate several additional travel terminal stores in the UK and Hong Kong; a significant and growing wholesale and ecommerce business; and several seasonal pop-up stores at iconic events, all supported through 3 DC’s.  

With RELEX, Fortnum & Mason will seamlessly align demand with supply, ensuring optimal stock levels for both seasonal and event-specific products. This precision in forecasting and replenishment will optimize product availability, increase sales and ultimately, elevate the customer shopping experience. By automating and refining replenishment processes, Fortnum & Mason will be able to accurately stock shelves with the right products across a broad range of categories, significantly boost team efficiencies, reduce waste, and streamline supply chain operations.
